常州市朗科精密機械有限公司は2014年8月に建設準備を開始し、わずか1年間を経て、各種の批判文の承認、土地の平ら化、工場建設、設備の設置調整などを経て、2015年8月に落成し、試運転を開始した。会社は3000万人民元を投資し、第1期工場はすでに建設され、CNC設備及び全自動三次元、映像測定器などのハイエンド検査設備を新たに購入し、第2工場は現在計画中である。
