Because PLC is a precision electronic product, the automation control system requires long-term uninterrupted operation. Therefore, the operating environment of PLC is extremely demanding, including dust, fire, water, high temperature, and lightning protection. Therefore, the electrical control room is generally arranged on the second floor with double-layer glass and installed with water-based refrigeration air conditioning. The temperature in the control room is generally controlled at around 28 degrees Celsius; For dust prevention, the PLC is installed in a 1M * 2.2M * 0.6M control cabinet with a locked front panel and a glass door. The upper part of the cabinet is equipped with an exhaust system with a dust cover for cooling inside the cabinet.
1、 Do a good job in daily work
1. Daily preparation work: The first step is to familiarize oneself with the process flow, followed by familiarizing oneself with the explanatory materials of various PLC modules, understanding the on-site layout, and finally ensuring that one's various testing tools are intact and error free.
2. Daily inspection work: Regularly check the voltage of the CPU battery, regularly inspect and maintain the relevant equipment that makes up the PLC system, such as UPS regular maintenance, use downtime to manually reduce dust and cool down the PLC control cabinets, regularly backup the PLC program and battery, and replace various related faulty components.
2、 Maintenance regulations, regular equipment testing, and adjustment rules
(1) Check the connection status of the wiring terminals in the PLC cabinet every six months or quarterly, and if any loose parts are found, promptly re connect them firmly;
(2) Re measure the working voltage of the power supply in the cabinet that supplies power to the host every month;
3、 Regulations on Regular Cleaning of Equipment
(1) Clean the PLC every six months or quarters, cut off the power supply to the PLC, remove the power rack, CPU motherboard, and input/output board in sequence, blow and clean them, and then install them in place in sequence. After restoring all connections, power on and start the PLC host. Thoroughly clean the PLC box for hygiene;
(2) Replace the filter under the power rack every three months;
4、 Preparation before maintenance and maintenance procedures
(1) Prepare tools before maintenance;
(2) To ensure the functionality of components and prevent damage to templates, protective devices must be used and careful anti-static preparations must be made;
(3) Contact the dispatcher and operator before maintenance, and hang the maintenance sign at the designated location;
5、 Equipment disassembly and assembly sequence and method
(1) Shutdown maintenance requires two or more people to supervise the operation;
(2) Turn the mode selection switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop" position;
(3) Turn off the main power supply of the PLC, and then turn off other power supplies that supply power to the module;
(4) After recording the wire number and connection position of the power cord connected to the power rack, remove it, and then remove the screws connecting the power rack to the cabinet, and the power rack can be removed;
(5) The CPU motherboard and I/O board can be removed by rotating the screws below the template;
(6) Install in reverse order;
