Fixed firmly: Use appropriate fastening methods to securely install the encoder on the equipment to prevent loosening during operation.

Protective measures: Take necessary protective measures according to the working environment, such as waterproof, dustproof, anti-collision, etc., to protect the encoder.

Cable routing: Reasonably plan the routing of encoder cables to avoid excessive stretching, twisting, or interference with other components.

Debugging points:

Speed and position testing: During motor operation, the control system monitors the speed and position information feedback from the encoder, compares it with the actual values, and adjusts the parameters to achieve the desired accuracy.

Dynamic response test: Check whether the encoder's response is timely and accurate under dynamic operating conditions such as motor acceleration and deceleration.

Temperature and vibration testing: Check whether the performance of the encoder is affected by temperature and vibration under different working conditions.
